Here is the list of the 10 Highest-Rated Korean Dramas of 2020 in public broadcasting. This is based on average nationwide ratings from Nielsen Korea.

10. Angel’s Last Mission: Love — 7.3%
Starring Shin Hye-sun, Kim Myung-soo, Lee Dong-gun, Kim Bo-mi, Do Ji-won and Kim In-kwon. Troublemaker angel named Dan must find love for icy ballerina Yeonseo in order for him to return to his heavenly realm but falls in love with her instead.

9. Doctor John — 8.3%
Starring Ji Sung, Lee Se-young, Lee Kyu-hyung and Hwang Hee. It is based on the  Japanese novel On Hand of God by Yo Kusakabe. A recurring theme throughout the series is the debate over euthanasia. 

8. Woman of 9.9 Billion — 8.9%
Starring Cho Yeo-jeong, Kim Kang-woo, Jung Woong-in, Oh Na-ra and Lee Ji-hoon. The story of an unfortunate woman named Jeong Seo-yeon who finds herself with 9.9 billion won

Starring Jang Na-ra, Lee Sang-yoon, Lee Chung-ah, Kwak Sun-young, Pyo Ye-jin and Shin Jae-ha. A successful career woman with a happy life and a wonderful husband receives an anonymous text telling her that her husband is having an affair.

6. Vagabond — 9.3%
Starring Lee Seung-gi, Bae Suzy and Shin Sung-rok.
A stuntman involved in a tragic airplane crash ends up discovering a national corruption scandal in the process.

5. Liver Or Die — 12.19%
Starring Yoo Jun-sang, Oh Ji-ho, Jeon Hye-bin, Lee Si-young and Lee Chang-yeob. The story of Lee Poong-sang, a lonely middle-aged man, who has never lived for himself.

4. The Last Empress — 12.21%
Starring Jang Na-ra, Choi Jin-hyuk, Shin Sung-rok, Lee Elijah, and Shin Eun-kyung.  The 52-episode series became the longest weekday prime-time Korean drama in 2019.

Starring Namkoong Min, Kwon Nara and Kim Byung-chul. 
A skilled doctor is forced to quit working at a hospital after being accused of medical malpractice. He starts working in a prison with the goal of acquiring enough connections to take his revenge.

Starring Gong Hyo-jin, Kang Ha-neul, Kim Ji-seok, Son Dam-bi, Kim Kang-hoon. The story of Oh Dong-baek, a single mother who moves to the fictional town of Ongsan and opens a bar named Camellia. Six years later, Dong-baek meets playful policeman Yong-sik.

Starring Kim Nam-gil, Kim Sung-kyun, Lee Hanee, Go Joon and Keum Sae-rok. Following the mysterious death of an elderly priest, a priest (Kim Nam-gil), a detective (Kim Sung-kyun) and a corrupt prosecutor (Lee Hanee) join hands to solve the case.
